HOPAKERS

The Hopakers are under the direction of Darell Marko, Ukrainian dance instructor at DanceCo, St. Albert. Darrell is passionate about promoting Ukrainian dance and is delighted to present The Hopakers at UFest. Established in 2008, the ensemble consists of advanced adult dancers who have a love for Ukrainian dance performance. Members include alumni of Cheremosh, Shumka, Volya, Vinok Worldance and Dansation. Thank you to DanceCo for their support of our adult group and to UFest for inviting us to this amazing festival!
